Travel Arrangements
Fly via commercial airline to Anchorage, Alaska. Flight transfer from Anchorage to Valhalla Lodge is via private charter aircraft. Incoming guests depart Anchorage at 4:00 pm and arrive at Valhalla Lodge at 5:00 pm. Outgoing guests depart Valhalla at 9:30 am and arrive in Anchorage at 10:30 am. The round trip airfare of $450.00 per person is additional to our package rates. Baggage allowance is normally two 50-lb. bags and one carry-on per person. On confirmation of booking we will make transfer reservations and provide you with full details.
For those flying to Alaska in private jet aircraft, Iliamna Airport has a paved 5,200 foot runway and is just a short 10 minute shuttle from the lodge.
Overnight Accommodations
Our flight transfer schedule will connect with most arrivals and departures. However, if you would like to overnight in Anchorage we will be happy to make reservations for you. Anchorage is a modern city with a number of fine hotels; we recommend the airport Millennium Hotel, Marriott Hotel and the downtown Hotel Captain Cook.
Arrival Information
Valhalla Lodge staff will await your arrival at our nearby Nondalton Airport. Our staff will escort you to the lodge via a short 5 minute boat trip.

Reservations
For reservations call our Anchorage office (907) 243-6096 or fax (907) 243-6095. We will send you a reservation agreement. Your deposit in the amount of
$2,000.00 per person is required to confirm your booking. The balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. Your personal check drawn on an American Branch Bank is preferred. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, Visa, and American Express. Reservation space is limited and subject to availability on a first deposit, first served basis.
Cancellations
Deposits and payments are refundable upon filling the vacancy created. Plan your reservations carefully to reduce the risk of penalizing either party during our short season.
Disclosure
Alaska's Valhalla Lodge, Inc., its owners, directors, officers, employees, and agents provide services for our clients, including fishing, flying, boating, rafting, wildlife viewing, lodging and food preparation. The lodge business assumes no liabiility for damage or injury to any property or person beyond the limits of insurance coverages. Although Valhalla Lodge has never had a guest injury in its history of operation, there are always potential hazards in the Alaska wilderness. All guests are requested to let Valhalla's management know of any special medical, physical, or dietary conditions, so that we can accommodate your needs. A Waiver and Release Agreement is included in our client contract. Fishing plans might have to change during your stay due to weather, fishing regulation changes, or other matters. We always do what is believed to be in the best interests of our guests.
