Fish the world famous streams of Lake Iliamna and Katmai National Park for rainbow trout, arctic grayling, and wild Alaska salmon! Fish Alaska's largest run of king salmon on the lower Nushagak River, where you can catch these great salmon from boats, using levelwind trolling rods, spinning rods, or fly rods. Nearby lakes also provide abundant lake trout and northern pike. Our pristine home stream, just minutes from the lodge by jet-boat, is perfect for catching rainbow trout and arctic grayling on dry flies--a nice addition to floatplane fly outs. Fishing these remote streams, viewing the diverse wildlife, and flight-seeing the spectacular scenery, is a unique Alaska adventure.
     After the day’s fishing, relax comfortably at our lodge. Guest cabins are well appointed, with private bath and all the amenities, including laundry service. Valhalla Lodge accommodates just eight guests per week; this allows you the privacy and personalized fishing not often found at larger facilities.
